While we utilize algorithmic execution to meet deadlines, international logistics, customs clearances, and custom fabric milling may introduce variances. Blank Canvas Apparels is not liable for indirect losses due to transit delays.
The client retains all intellectual property rights to their tech packs, logos, and designs submitted to our secure terminal. Blank Canvas Apparels retains the rights to all internal manufacturing processes, patterns engineered in-house, and web infrastructure.
For international exports, risk of loss and title for manufactured goods pass to the client upon delivery to the designated carrier (e.g., Aramex, DHL). Clients are responsible for all destination import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
