Blank Canvas Apparels operates exclusively as a custom B2B manufacturing studio. Because every unit is engineered to the exact specifications, tech packs, and fabric requirements of the client, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once bulk production has commenced.
Clients are strongly encouraged to order physical verification samples prior to initiating bulk production. Payments for sample kits and shipping are strictly non-refundable.
We operate on a zero-margin error philosophy. In the highly unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or deviation from the approved tech pack, clients must notify our terminal within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Upon physical verification of the defect, Blank Canvas Apparels will replace the defective units at no additional cost. We do not issue cash refunds for defective items; we strictly issue replacements.
Cancellations are only accepted if formal production (including custom fabric milling) has not yet begun. In such cases, a transaction reversal fee may apply.
